1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Liminiz ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Liminiz. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Permitted Use

Liminiz is a platform for posting and discovering residential rental listings, shared rooms, and roommate opportunities. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Liminiz to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate listings
• Conduct scams of any kind, including advance-fee fraud, fake deposit requests, or phishing
• Collect fees, deposits, or payments outside of a legitimate rental agreement
• List properties you do not own or are not authorized to rent
• Discriminate against any person based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, or any other protected characteristic
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post illegal content, including adult content or content that promotes violence
• Use the platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial transaction
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform in an automated manner
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Platform to advertise anything other than legitimate residential housing

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing you post. Listings must accurately represent the property, including location, price, photos, and availability. Deceptive listings are strictly prohibited and will be removed.

7. Platform Disclaimer

Liminiz is a listing platform only. We do not verify the identity of users, the accuracy of listings, or the legitimacy of any transaction. We are not a party to any rental agreement between users. All transactions and communications between users are solely their responsibility.

We are not responsible for any loss, fraud, damage, or dispute arising from interactions between users on or off this Platform.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

By posting content (listings, photos, messages) on Liminiz, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the Platform. You represent that you own or have the right to use all content you post.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our discretion, without notice, for violation of these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liminiz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of money, data, or property resulting from fraudulent listings or interactions with other users.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to operate the service and do not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
