  • Profile information: phone number, if you choose to add one.
  • Listing content: property details, photos, and location data you submit.
  • Messages: content of messages sent between users on the platform.
  • Usage data: pages visited, browser type, IP address, and device information (collected automatically via analytics).
  • OAuth data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To display your listings to other users.
  • To facilitate messaging between landlords and tenants.
  • To send email notifications about messages and account activity.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and optional analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how the platform is used. You can accept or decline analytics cookies when you first visit the site. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the service to function.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Vercel: hosting and infrastructure (EU/US).
  • Neon: database hosting (US).
  • Resend: transactional email delivery.
  • PostHog: product analytics (EU cloud, anonymised).
  • Google: OAuth sign-in only.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Listings and messages may be retained in anonymised form for platform integrity.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
